About Ayo Fadumiye

Popularly called The Leadership Doctor, ayoFADUMIYE is a renowned Leadership Expert, Coach, Trainer and Speaker. He is the Managing/Leading Partner of LEADERSHIP EDGE CONSULT, an empowerment outfit through which he has impacted many leaders in educational institutions, corporate outfits and renowned leadership institutes across Nigeria.

As Lead Pastor, he also provides spiritual leadership at LIGHT SANCTUARY, a young and vibrant church in Ikotun, Lagos. Under GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation, Ayo teamed up with Fela Durotoye, Nigeria's foremost inspirational Speaker, to build young leaders that will build Nigeria into one of the most desirable countries to live in by December 31, 2025. He currently hosts INSPIREYOURLEADERSHIP with ayoFADUMIYE, a leadership platform geared towards inspiring young and aspiring professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders in various spheres for effective leadership and exceptional greatness.

Ayo has also authored several life-transforming books and resources including "TAKE THE LEAD", a practical guide to help beginners discover, develop and deploy their leadership potentials. His unique approach to driving leaders towards excellence and exceptional performance makes him sought-after in conferences, seminars and workshops.  He is married to EstherFADUMIYE, a Self-Esteem and Relationship Coach, and also the Executive Coordinator of a reputable NGO in Lagos, Nigeria. Their union is blessed with children.

This is the new expression of a 21st Century Contemporary Church, formerly LIGHT SANCTUARY. Away from traditions and religion, this church brings into the human experience, the simple, profound and relevant truths of the Gospel of the Kingdom. Our mission is to move people from survival, through success, into significance through the timeless teachings of the principle of kingdom leadership and personal transformation. Raising a people of significance who will make a difference in our society is our vision. We welcome you HOME to join us this Sunday by 10am.

This is an Annual Leadership & Transformation Conference designed to inspire, motivates and provoke participants towards unlocking their greatness, unleashing their passion for excellence and releasing their significance in all aspects of their life. This event started since 2014 and the likes of Dr. Sam Adeyemi, Dr. Olumide Emmanuel, Godman Akinlabi, Fela Durotoye, Niyi Adesanya, Kunle Soriyan and Jimi Tewe has graced the event as Conference Guest Speakers. The testimonies of changed lives has been the order of the day.​

This is an event packaged to reach mature singles who desire to enter a marital relationship. A monthly platform created to inform, enlighten, inspire and educate individuals on how to build healthy relationships that will lead to successful marriage eventually. Testimonies of marriages have resulted over the last few years. This program is held every third Sundays of the month from 4pm-7pm.​

LEAD AND GROW BETTER with ayoFADUMIYE. This is a rebranded initiative of inspire your leadership platform. This event is a leadership and personal empowerment program with the mission to help participants gain personal wholeness, soundness, health and mastery which is the foundation for all-round growth.
